Rick has been a Realtor since 2000. He went through The University of Findlay to earn his Real Estate License. A few items that Rick cherishes as a Realtor is the excitement of a buyer obtaining their first home and working with sellers in obtaining the best price for their property.
Every Realtor has a unique ability that makes them valuable. For Rick, it is his background in Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning. He is able to spot and inform buyers of potential problems to have inspected. Rick was trained in HVAC through Commercial Trades Institute. Additional sales training was obtained at Dale Carnegie. He has retired from the HVAC and Electrical field, but he continues his association with A.S.H.R.A.E. (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers).
Rick also belongs to O.A.R. (Ohio Association of Realtors), N.A.R. (National Association of Realtors), and N.A.B.P.O.P. (National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals). In the past, he held the position of Treasurer for the Heartland Board of Realtors.
Rick has lead a fulfilling life. He was born in Lexington, Tennessee. Additionally he lived in Phoenix, Arizona, and Maumee, Ohio, before settling in Findlay. Rick’s journey in life was shared with his beautiful, late wife of 45 joyous years. He treasures the love he receives from his 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandsons, and 4 great-grandchildren. Meanwhile in Rick’s spare time you can find him fishing and target shooting. He is a member of both the Findlay Fishing Club and Hancock County Conservation Club. All in all, Rick takes pride in what he does.
